It Includes snap-on system for secure mounting. This has a quick release safety belt which is included. It meets all federal and state mattress regulations.

Perfect size & shape
Our baby’s changing table could only accommodate a 30″ long changing pad, so I was glad to find this one.

Great Changing Pad

Good Product
